The goal of Wholesale USB is 100% customer satisfaction in regard to the quality of our product and customer service. We work hard to give you the best value for money in the industry and that is reflected in the quality and experience of our professional staff. Our pride in our work is reflected in the 60 day warranty, following the delivery of the goods. Our warranty covers the print quality and physical defects. Wholesale USB does not guarantee exact colour matches unless specific PMS numbers are issued and Wholesale USB confirms the colour matching in writing (usually via email). Warranty is limited to the replacement of defective goods, the approval of Wholesale USB is required prior to the return of goods. Printing errors on proofs approved by the customer is the responsibility of the customer. Wholesale USB does not provide a warranty for any damage caused during shipping. Prior to the return of our goods, the customer must contact Wholesale USB within the warranty period, shall Wholesale USB decide there are reasonable grounds for a return, Wholesale USB will replace the goods at Wholesale USB's expense. No refund is offered for the shipping on returns in regard to the original order (the order upon which the return is based). If Wholesale USB decides they cannot meet your requirements for the replacement of the returned goods, Wholesale USB will refund the cost of the goods and any set up charges, there will be no re-stocking fee applied although no refund is offered for shipping. Refunds may be reduced if the goods are not returned in the original conditions and if the correct quantity of the goods is not returned. You must obtain a return number from us via email prior to returning the goods otherwise the goods will not be accepted.
